Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Idea Atelier and purchases from Idea Atelier. By using the site or completing a booking, you agree to them.
Last updated: May 14, 2026
Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the site on behalf of a business or group, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Packages & what you are booking
Each listing describes a travel package or getaway offer: dates or validity, inclusions, exclusions, and any supplier or partner rules. When you pay and we confirm your order, you receive the booked travel components under the partner's terms and our confirmation — not permission to resell or repackage the offer commercially unless we expressly allow it in writing.
Orders & pricing
Descriptions and prices are presented in good faith. We may correct obvious errors before acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment (or as described at checkout). Taxes and fees may apply based on your location and the package.
Trip documents & delivery
Confirmations and travel materials are provided as described on the package page and in our Travel documents & delivery policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or bookings — for example:
- Attempting unauthorised access, scraping at abusive rates, or disrupting services.
- Reselling or advertising our inventory in ways that mislead travellers or circumvent partner rules.
- Violating applicable law or third-party rights.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and packages are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Travel involves third parties; delays and changes can occur. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits) except where such limitation is prohibited.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, statutory rights may apply in addition to these terms. Our Refund & cancellation policy explains how we handle refunds and changes where permitted.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be indicated by revising the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
